Hanging Baskets

Hanging baskets bring a garden living zone a real boost. They add to the visual interest of the area and bring a peacefulness all of their own. They demonstrate care and involvement.

It is important to recognise that hanging baskets do not require much water, (maybe a few cupfulls at a time), but because they dry out quickly, they need water at regular intervals, usually every day.

The best way to achieve this is using a Moss Aquasmart system with its built-in moisure sensor. It keeps the plants alive and healthy with minimum water use and does it automatically.

Another way to achieve this is to use a Slo-Flo or Drip Watering system in combination with an automatic timer system

If you choose Slo-Flo, forming it into a Water Ring around the basket is very effective.

An alternative way is to is to use a special type of microspray known as a Pot Spray.

If you have only a few baskets and planters, and like to spend the time and attention to regular hand watering, then the Moss Soft Spray Wand will enable you to reach all your hanging baskets with ease.
